Appearance Quality
The fabric layer of the hose should be woven evenly, and the surface should be clean and free of double warps, broken double warps, weft skips and scratches. The thickness of the hose lining (or outer covering) should be uniform, and the surface should be smooth and flat, without wrinkles or other defects.
Inner diameter measurement
Measure the inner diameter of the sample with a plug gauge. The plug gauge is made of metal, its size and tolerance are as specified, and the surface roughness Ra of the working part is 1.60. When measuring, first cut both ends of the sample to be flush, and then measure the inner diameter of both ends with a plug gauge.
Length measurement
Unfold the sample and measure it with a steel tape. When the length of the hose does not exceed 50m, the measuring range of the steel tape should not be less than the length of the tested sample; when the length of the sample exceeds 50m, it can be measured in sections with a steel tape with a measuring range of 50m. The minimum indication of steel tape measure is 1mm.
Hydraulic test and blasting test
During the test, one end of the 1.20m long sample is connected to the water source, and the other end is closed with a sealing device with an exhaust valve. Keep the sample straight, fill the sample with water and exhaust the air in it, and close the exhaust valve. Increase the pressure to the test pressure specified in Table 1 at a rate of 5.0 MPa/min to 10.0 MPa/min, and hold the pressure for 5 minutes. The sample should not leak. Then increase the pressure at this rate until the sample bursts to determine whether it meets the requirements.
Water seepage measurement in wet water zone
Take a 1.2m long sample randomly, connect one end to the water source, and seal the other end with a sealing device with an exhaust valve to keep the sample straight. After filling the sample with water and exhausting the air, close the exhaust valve. Increase the pressure evenly to 0.5MPa, and after maintaining the pressure for 5 minutes, use the water collection tank specified in 5.2 to collect water for 1 minute. The collected water volume is the water seepage volume of the sample under the 0.5MPa water pressure. At the same time, check the uniformity of water seepage on the surface of the hose, and then evenly increase the water pressure to the design working pressure, and then maintain the pressure for 5 minutes, and use the water collection tank specified in 5.2 to re-collect water for 1 minute. The collected water volume is the water seepage volume under the design working pressure of the sample.
